You can then close your eyes, relax, and have a mini-break from the stress around you. You can listen to each episode as often as you need to.

HypnoSOS episode 117 – Creating Change
Sit down or lie down… it doesn’t matter which you do… Just make yourself as comfortable as you can… close your eyes and focus on your breath… and allow each out breath to help you to loosen your muscles… to let them relax… all the way through relax… to let your muscles relax… allow them to warm… and you can rest… rest for these few moments and allow any thoughts or feelings that may have disturbed or bother you to just float away… breathe them out… In these moments let them drift… those thoughts and feelings will still be there when you wake… and you can deal with them… in fact, you might find that in these moments, a background program has helped you to find different ways of thinking and feeling about anything that may have bothered or disturbed you… but for now, just listen to the sound of my voice… simply the sound of my voice… a sound that can and will help you to relax… to let go of unnecessary nervous tension… to help you move into those very familiar moments, experience between waking and sleeping… moments in which you can feel physically disconnected from your surroundings… almost as if you are drifting or floating… drifting or floating ever deeper… deeper… deeper still… deeper and deeper still… into these moments of peace… and as you allow yourself to float ever deeper and deeper into these moments… you gain more and more control of your thoughts… of your feelings… as you breathe naturally… deeper and deeper…
You may even find that there are moments when you forget to listen… and that will be fine, just fine… moments in which there really is nothing else for you to do… as your unconscious mind carries you into an ever deepening state of peace… of control… of calm… and you can find that your mind will allow you to begin to and continue to trust your unconscious mind to find the right space in these moments… a space in which you can and you will create a powerful cocoon… one in which you can safely rest… and be completely assured that the only things in this space are those you want to have… and by allowing your mind to enter this safe space now… you also create a direct link between positive changes and your ability to make things happen… for in order to create change… you need to feel grounded and safe… but also to feel capable and strong… and by creating this safe space in your mind… in these moments, you can and you will reinforce them when you enter this space again… when you sleep… when you dream… and all the while you can find that your mind will allow you to wordlessly and without thought draw towards you in this safe space… bubbles of light… the bright spots that are in your life… the people… the feelings… the thoughts… that help you to feel grounded… strong… and capable… and giving you a space wherein in your sleep and in your dreams you can safely play out different scenarios of change… to help you know how you can and you will make change happen… for here in this space you are strong… you are capable… grounded… in control… and safe in this space you can dream… you can imagine the changes you want to make in your life… and I’ll give you a few moments of silence… silence in which you can allow the thought of one specific change that you like to make in your life now… think of it… imagine it… dream it… [SILENCE]
And if nothing specific comes into your mind, that’s fine too… you are safe to experience these moments in any way that will help you… help you to create the positive changes that you want in your life… and in a little while when you hear me count from 1 to 10 and your eyes open… from that moment, you’ll start to become aware of coincidences… things that will help you make these changes happen… You’ll recognize your resources… you’ll understand and know what it means to truly create change… and it starts with the first step… and the first step now will be for you to listen as you hear me count from 1 to 10… and at the count of 8 your eyes will naturally and easily open… and at the count of 10 you’ll be fully wide awake… fully engaged… you’ll feel strong… grounded… ready to pay more attention to the potential around you… the potential for creating change in your own life… so ready… 1… 2… 3… more aware… 4… 5… 6… more alert… 7… 8… eyes wide open now… wide open… 9… and 10.
